With this privacy policy, we provide all the necessary information for an informed use of the website with regard to the processing of personal data.

The web space is hosted on our own servers.

1. Security and protection of personal data
We maintain the confidentiality of the personal data provided by you and protect it from unauthorized access.

All our data processing is subject to the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Telemedia Act (TMG), the German Act on Data Protection and Privacy in Telecommunications and Telemedia (TTDSG) and the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

We only process data if this is permitted by law or if users expressly consent to the collection of data.

We also take great care and apply the latest security standards to ensure a high level of protection. To this end, we have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data is protected.

2. Rights of the data subject
When we process your personal data, you have the following rights:

In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, you can withdraw your consent to us at any time. This would mean that we would no longer be allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to kontakt@kollapscamp.de.
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you can request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.
In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.
In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information.
In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you can receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request that it be transmitted to another controller.
In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace and/or our registered office.

3. Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, in accordance with Article 21(1) GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions within the meaning of Article 4(4) GDPR. We will then no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. 4. Data processing when visiting our website / HTTP requests
If you use the application for information purposes only, i.e. if you merely call up and view our website, we collect the following personal data that your browser transmits to our server:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Website from which the request originates
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software.

We process the HTTP request to the extent necessary to transmit our website. Your IP address is processed as personal data. The purpose of data processing in normal operation is to provide public information. The processing of this data is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis for the processing is our overriding legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, the personal data transmitted to us (email address, name and telephone number if applicable, content-related request if applicable) will be stored for this communication.

6. Payment processing and ticket sales
To process ticket purchases on our website, we process personal data such as name, email address, payment information (e.g. credit card details, account number) and IP address.

The processing is carried out to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We use external service providers for payment processing:

In this context, data may be transferred to third countries. The transfer takes place on the basis of suitable guarantees in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

The stored payment data will be deleted after the payment transaction has been processed and the statutory retention periods have expired.
